Delivery Cut-Off and Lead Times

This document outlines the essential information regarding order delivery, cut-off times, and lead times at Matériaux Morin / Morin Supply. Understanding these guidelines will help ensure timely delivery of your orders and maintain efficient service to meet your project deadlines.

We encourage our customers to book their deliveries in advance. This proactive approach guarantees that your order will be delivered on the required date.

When booking a delivery, please provide the following information:

• Delivery date and time

• Delivery address

• Delivery type (e.g., House, High-Rise Floor, etc.)

• Site contact information

• High-level order size

It is important to provide as much detail as possible when booking. We recommend avoiding vague descriptions such as "I have a big order" or "I have a small order," as these terms can be subjective.

To ensure timely processing of your orders, please adhere to the following cut-off times:

• 7:00 AM Delivery: Orders must be placed before 8:00 AM the day prior to the desired delivery date.

• PM (afternoon) Delivery: Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM the day before for afternoon delivery.

• Same-Day Delivery: Please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, ensuring your order is ready!

We recommend placing the bulk of your order as early as possible. While we accept add-on orders within the above guidelines, we strongly advise limiting to one (1) add-on order per delivery.

Delivery lead times vary based on the distance of the delivery:

• Local Deliveries (within 50 km): Orders placed before the cut-off time will typically be delivered within 24 hours.

• Regional Deliveries (50 to 160 km): Deliveries within this range will generally arrive within 1 to 2 business days.

• National Deliveries (across provinces - 160 km +): Deliveries will generally arrive within 4 to 7 business days.

For special orders, please contact us directly for specific lead times.

For large quantities, please reach out to us directly to receive a specific delivery schedule. Lead times may vary depending on order size and product availability.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Any modifications to your order must be made before the cut-off time to avoid delays in dispatch and delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply for modifications made after the cut-off time.
